We have over 25 years experience in electrical and building installation testing, inspection and safety. We are Geelong local born and breed with low overheads and no franchise fees and no lock in contracts.
Our goal is to assist home owners and businesses in providing themselves and others the safest most reliable environment to be comfortable and happy in.
We work with landlords and property managers as well for clients independently to provide the cheapest but highest quality service possible.
If your real estate or property manager is not using E-Inspection then you are paying too much and receiving less quality service. You need to contact us ASAP!

Our Process
1. Service type
In the initial conversation we agree on the inspection type details, duration and expected cost.
2. Book an inspection time
Confirm date and time of the inspection we can also facilitate this between the property managers and tenants
3. Conduct the inspection
We work with current Covid and australian safety protocols to complete the inspection. We also ask for the client to be available during the inspection time so that they can be contacted if required.
Most inspections are completed within 1 to 3 hours
4. Post inspection
You will receive a draft inspection report on the day of the inspection and we can discuss any issues or clarify any questions in relation to the findings
Once full payment is made and any required amendments made, a final inspection copy will be sent.

If there is a periodic inspection required we will set up an automated email reminder to be sent 4 weeks prior to the compliance date.
Every 2 years for Electrical compliance
Every 2 years for gas compliance
Every year for smoke detector compliance and blind corded safety
Our Quality Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with the inspection report or how the inspection was conducted at the draft stage then you are not obligated to pay for the inspection.
